Not even on top of the point that he never introduced himself, so I don't even know the name of the salesman, but he also failed to make eye contact with me during the entire conversation, which seemed a little sketchy.
First, I called up there and asked about one of their cars, and they had no idea what I was talking about and just told me to come in. I live an hour away from Laurel Hill, I was just interested in that car and wanted to find more out about it before I made a long drive. But I went anyway- which was a COMPLETE waste of time.
I walked around for a while and not a single salesman came to talk to me, I had to go into that cramped little building just to find 2 salesmen just watching tv. And then I asked about the car (it was a '08 Toyota) and the man said nothing at all about the car, he just kept telling me over and over about how he is the only business that does 0% financing and how the prices of cars are rising (which is very helpful information, but he was avoiding my inquiries). Then he told me the price, which was literally double the KBB value. And I told him I was expecting to not pay over $500 over the KBB and he literally, no other words said, "have a nice day then". We wasn't even willing to negotiate.
I've been looking for cars for a while and so far this was THE WORST dealership I went to, he may have 0% financing but he definitely makes up for it by selling his cars for double the price AND not willing to negotiate even a little. I will not be going there again and I will inform anyone else who is looking for a car. Pretty bad experience, not happy at all.
Repo'd me when i was 10 days late.. after putting 1000 down and making 2 payments. Called to ask how to get the car back and they said pay remaining 4000 balance, this place is a ripoff should have worked with m me and the car would have been paid for by now instead its still in your lot because you probably did the same thing to someone else.
